The Elite Character Profile is a general indicator of the individual’s ability to refrain from participating in counterproductive behaviours by being trustworthy, drug-free, non-violent and compliant.

- Trustworthiness
- Responsibly
- Candidness
This battery is appropriate for most jobs.
