MCPA-SCAN
The MCPA-SCAN is an online variant of the full MCPA, and is intended for tactical and operational levels (up to middle management).
In summary, the MCPA-SCAN determines an individual’s:
- Current capability to manage complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty;
- Decision-making capability;
- Theme of work where he/she will experience ‘flow’ and engagement;
- Future potential (an indication of potential in the next 5 years).
