Flow and Engagement Survey
The Flow and Engagement Survey is designed to determine whether an individual is in flow and engaged at work, or out-of-flow and either under-utilised or over-extended. As the flow experience can be influenced by intrinsic factors, as well as an individual’s tenacity, the three key variables that form the foundation of this survey are work factors, intrinsic influences, and tenacity / grit.
