Surveys
Surveys are used as a means to get a better understanding of people’s perceptions on a number of different issues that may impact on the performance of an organisation.
They are also used to develop a deeper understanding of an organisations strengths and limitations. We offer off-the-shelf surveys, or can design and implement surveys to obtain specific information on pre-determined issues (such as receptivity to change, employee morale and motivation, identity; communication, leadership, diversity). The information obtained is generally used to inform and give focus to organisational development initiatives.
