Elite Intellect Profile (EIP)
Elite Intellect Profile helps to identify those candidates who possess the mental ability to effectively problem solve and to quickly grasp new concepts and strategies.
The areas assessed are:
- Mathematical and Logical Reasoning – the degree to which the individual is likely to reason logically and to understand and solve basic to more complex mathematical, logical and abstract problems (NB for roles requiring analytical problem solving).
- Verbal Reasoning – the degree to which an individual understands relationships among written or spoken words, which includes word comprehension and associations (NB for roles requiring quick and fluid thinking, and the ability to draw conclusions from moderate to complex verbal or written communications).
