ELDI 360° Assessment
The ELDI 360° Assessment is a comprehensive 119-item questionnaire that assesses performance based on self-assessment, as well as data drawn from superiors, peers, direct reports, and external assessors (if required). The questionnaire is completed electronically, and software controls every part of the process. In this way, complete confidentiality and integrity of the information is assured, and the anonymity of raters is maintained. The 16 competencies assessed are known to be relevant to success at senior management levels, and include both positive and negative aspects of performance, making this instrument a powerful measure of Emotional Development.
